ELand Holidays representatives will greet you on your arrival at Trivandrum airport. From Trivandrum we will take you to Kovalam – a charming tropical beach located 16 km from capital Trivandrum. Three decades back, it was a hippy idyll, a small village with traditional methods of living but today it is one of the most sorted after tourist destination in southern India. This tiny winy beach is haven for those longing for a rejuvenating break from their hectic life schedule. It is natural week dose to imbibe your life with traditional Indian ayurvedic treatments. On arrival we will check in at pre- booked Ayurvedic Resort. In the afternoon, spend time with the Ayurvedic physicians and rest of the day at resort.
Second day we will start the day with get a kick start in ‘Paradise of South’ Kovalam as you can indulge yourself into Yoga and meditation morning session. Physical benefits of yoga and meditation are myriad. Various postures teach you the art of balancing. The way it improves your health from head to toe, it surpasses all other physical activities. From the most gentle to the most strenuous, yoga involves participation of your every muscle. This will be followed by a rejuvenating ayurvedic massage. Use of the word massage does not limit its effect to body only; in fact it brings revival to body, mind and soul.

Day 3: Yoga at Kovalam Followed by Trivandrum City Tour
The previous day morning session of yoga, meditation and ayurvedic massage will continue today as well. Today we will learn new asanas in the yoga session. Later in the afternoon we will proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of the Trivandrum City.
Trivandrum was previously known as Thiruvananthapura which literally means "abode of Lord Anantha". Located on the west coast of India, it was defined by Mahatma Gandhi as the Evergreen city of India. Its scenic location make it a must visit on every itinerary to south India. Surrounded by Tiruneveli in the East, Kanyakumari to the South and Kollam district to its North, Trivandrum is truly a visitor’s paradise. Backwaters in the city lie at Vellayani, Thiruvallam and Aakulam. The other important places to visit are Sri Padmanabha Swami Temple, Padmanabhapuram Palace, Science and Technology Museum, Shanghumugham Beach, Tropical Botanical Garden and Bay Watch.
In morning we will attend yoga and meditation session and the feel the difference from the first day. This will be followed by ayurvedic treatment using traditional herbs and oils. In evening, we will take for a peaceful boat cruise on the beautiful backwaters of Thiruvallam. Later we will visit a traditional Kerala house to see how beautifully local people spend their life.
Day5 : Visit Kalari after Morning Yoga (Kovalam)
After the refreshing morning yoga and Ayurveda session enjoy your free time at noon. In pleasant environment in evening we will head towards Kalari – the traditional Kerala health and Body care center. Kalari is a traditional martial art form that owes credit to Kerala only for its origin.
Sixth day starts with the daily session of yoga, meditation and ayurvedic massage. Spend a laid back afternoon as later in the evening we will visit the southernmost point of Indian peninsula – KanyaKumari (Cape Comorin). The most amazing of dusk is captured at the confluence point of three most powerful water bodies – Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean.
After the morning session of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda we will get ready to spend time at the tranquil beaches of Kovalam. Turquoise water stretched for hundreds of meters is perfect for swimming. Light House Beach and Hawah Beach are the most visited beaches of the region.
Wake up fresh in the morning to get a rejuvenated start by yoga and meditation session. As this will be our last day at the resort, take the most out of this opportunity. Talk to your trainer; ask him for better yoga tips and how you can incorporate them forever in your lifestyle. Later enjoy the ayurvedic massage a treat for your body, mind and soul. Do your personal activities or indulge in fun activities at beachside. Overnight will be at resort.
